Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Haridwar, Uttarakhand by courier. Deliveries are made between:

09:00-18:00, Weekdays. Excluding public holidays.

All products will need to be signed for upon delivery. Request alternative family member/neighbor/colleague etc. to sign if you’re unavailable for any reason. However, we take no responsibility for goods signed by any alternative person.

Miraaki is not responsible for damage after delivery.

For claims dealing with shortage and/or damages must be reported back to us within 48 hours of the day of the delivery. Claims post that timeframe won’t be accepted.

Shipping & handling rates shall vary based on product weight, size, volume & other considerations. Shipping charges are given at the time of checkout.
Note: Due to Covid-19, we cannot be certain of the timeline for deliveries. We request you to bear with us in case of slight delays. As per safety protocols, while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India and worldwide, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any country at any time if so warranted.
