Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Haridwar, Uttarakhand by courier. Deliveries are made between:

  1. 09:00-18:00, Weekdays. Excluding public holidays.

  2. All products will need to be signed for upon delivery. Request alternative family member/neighbor/colleague etc. to sign if you’re unavailable for any reason. However, we take no responsibility for goods signed by any alternative person.

  3. Miraaki is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  4. For claims dealing with shortage and/or damages must be reported back to us within 48 hours of the day of the delivery. Claims post that timeframe won’t be accepted.

  5. Shipping & handling rates shall vary based on product weight, size, volume & other considerations. Shipping charges are given at the time of checkout.

  6. You shall receive your order within 4-7 working days within India. 

 

Note: Due to Covid-19, we cannot be certain of the timeline for deliveries. We request you to bear with us in case of slight delays. As per safety protocols, while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India and worldwide, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any country at any time if so warranted.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

 

  • Returns are not accepted at this point in time. We'll keep you posted for further updates. 

  • Exchange in case of a damaged product needs to be intimated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You have ​10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

 

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
